Where the roof slopes toward a parapet at a slope greater than two units vertical in 12 units horizontal 16 7 percent slope the parapet shall extend to the same height as any portion of the roof within a fire separation distance where protection of wall openings is required but in no case shall the height be less than 30 inches 762 mm. To correct this we will attach the walls to the roof.

The perimeter of the roof assembly insulation is wrapped to prevent interstitial airflow from the parapet into the multilayered rigid insulation of the field of the roof. On the options bar for overhang enter 600 and select defines slope. On the contextual tab of the ribbon select attach and then select the flat roof. Is there a way to make a parapet slope with the roof other than cutting the wall profile. Offset the top by 1 9 or 500mm if your metric when you then create your roof choosing the internal core of the walls it will sit below the top of the external wall.
