With the official asus nexus 7 dock there is no need to physically connect to the nexus 7 s usb port because pogo pins do all the work allowing rapid docking and undocking.
Since the nexus 7 doesn t include a mhl hdmi out port i was hoping that the four pogo pins on the side of the device could be utilized for the feature.
